Pilates Equipment (Reformer, Stability Chair &Barrels) is used in Anita’s Pilates Personal Training sessions. These larger pieces of pilates equipment are updated designs of the original pilates equipment used by Joseph Pilates and not only increase resistance and add challenge to the workout but also they can assist Pilates Beginners to learn movement and control more effectively.
